Shannon Norman brings years of diversified experience to her practice. She is from south Louisiana and grew up working in her family’s aviation business. Later, while attending school, she worked with international companies bringing products into the states. This combined experience working with corporate clients and people of varying backgrounds, as well as multiple government agencies, is invaluable to her law practice.
A graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, Shannon also holds bachelor degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. While there, she also earned a certification in trauma studies.
Later, Shannon returned to her home state to become licensed to practice law. She is currently licensed in both Missouri and Louisiana.
While attending law school, Shannon worked in the legal clinic at SLU assisting people in various types of litigation, including bankruptcy, employment law, class action suits, appellate work, and post-conviction relief. This experience instilled Shannon with a passion for appellate and post-conviction work, which utilizes her extensive research and writing backgrounds. Shannon has a successful record arguing in the Eastern District Court of Appeals, including a precedent-setting employment discharge case, and offers her appellate services to clients and other attorneys who are facing the appeal of an adjudicated issue.
